Velveteen Screen started as a film-making company in 2006, based in Edinburgh. Its directors are young, multinational, and are creative when it comes to vibrant and innovative filmmaking. They have successfully shown 4 films in Edinburgh in the last 3 years, and have many more projects on the go in Edinburgh, Glasgow and London. These include a music video and a documentary, and an environmental awareness film for one of the biggest hospitals in the UK.

Velveteen Screen are a versatile and professional collective, able to make anything from fiction features to advertisements, as well as corporate films and music videos. Between them, the members of Velveteen Screen have many years of experience in filmmaking, and are equipped with the skills to create films that are both unique and compelling from the storyboard to the final cut.
